This monitoring floating ball is made from PE through rotomolding technology. It is constructed from two halves connected with bolts , nuts and washers. The monitoring machine is inside.

The controls begin with the testing of raw materials. Then inspectors perform measurement testings and wall thickness testing of randomly selected products. If the testing process reveals issues with the product, Shandong Xincheng will return the product for repairs or tag the product for rejection.
