This floats can be used as trash barriers, oil containment barriers, swimming pool fenders, and other kinds of barriers. The floats are made from PE through rotomolding technology. The floats are designed as one piece construction.

The controls begin with the testing of raw materials. Then inspectors perform measurement testings and wall thickness testing of randomly selected products. If the testing process reveals issues with the product, Shandong Xincheng will return the product for repairs or tag the product for rejection. 

Shandong Xincheng has established a well-defined controls system. These controls help standarize both production and reactions to quality issues. These controls should result in final products meeting their intenede specification.
