This marker buoy is made from PE through rotomolding technology. It is designed as a single piece. The marker buoys are foam filled with closed-cell polyurethane to prevent water ingress in the unlikely event of damage.

The controls begin with the testing of raw materials. Then inspectors perform measurement testings and wall thickness testing of randomly selected products. If the testing process reveals issues with the product, Shandong Xincheng will return the product for repairs or tag the product for rejection.
