The ceilings are made from wear resistant  LDPE by rotomolding technology.  The first ceiling was designed and produced for a farming machine company.  Shandong Xincheng has designed and produced many kinds of ceilings for harvester, planter, fertilizer applicator, tractors, etc.

Compared with traditional metal roofs, the plastic roofs is known for their light weight and anticorrosive properties.

The controls begin with the testing of raw materials. Then inspectors perform measurement testings and wall thickness testing of randomly selected products. If the testing process reveals issues with the product, Shandong Xincheng will return the product for repairs or tag the product for rejection. 

Shandong Xincheng has established a well-defined controls system. These controls help standarize both production and reactions to quality issues. These controls should result in final products meeting their intenede specification.
