Dredging pipe floats, made by Shandong Xincheng Pipe Co., Ltd., are made from high wear resistance PE by rotational molding technology. A complete float consists of two MDPE halves filled with PU foam and connected by galvanized / stainless steel bolts, nuts and washers.

Installation Instruction

Customized Marking

Painted /Printed marking: free of charge, stay about 2 years.

Metal-plate molded marking: irrevocable, the metal plate which is engraved customized marking is sticked to mold when heated in the machine oven. Customer will pay the metal plate cost.

Mold-in marking: have to open new mold with marking, customer will pay mold cost. Mold with this marking is special for the only customer.

The controls begin with the testing of raw materials. Then inspectors perform measurement testings and wall thickness testing of randomly selected products. If the testing process reveals issues with the product, Shandong Xincheng will return the product for repairs or tag the product for rejection.

Shandong Xincheng has established a well-defined controls system. These controls help standarize both production and reactions to quality issues. These controls should result in final products meeting their intenede specification.
